Do you hold IAG Level 3? Do you hold an NVQ Level 3 or equivalent standard?

Do you have experience of marketing and promoting programmes using a range of methods? Do you have substantial experience of working with unemployed people to match them with suitable job vacancies and/ or training opportunities? Do you have experience of referring & supporting unemployed individuals to access other providers?

Do you have ability to collect complex data, critically analyse & identify needs & recommendations? Do you have knowledge using Management Information Systems to record information? Do you have knowledge of the local job market in Durham and the wider travel to work area?

Do you have excellent Interpersonal skills that enable you to work with people at all levels, motivate others and change people attitudes when necessary? Do you have the ability to work remotely and autonomously with 'arm’s length' supervision, operating within delegated level of responsibility?
