Social Enterprise Acumen news **Current**

Social Enterprise Acumen has moved offices to The Old Rectory, The Broadway, Houghton-le-Spring, DH4 4BB.

This amazing Grade 2* listed building is an asset transfer from Sunderland City Council to the newly formed Acumen Community Buildings which we have set up to develop the building into a regional centre for social enterprise and community business as well as bring an asset back into use for the local community. Social Enterprise Acumen is the anchor tenant and we are looking for more social enterprises to join us in creating a culture of enterprise in the area.

We will shortly be sharing our brochure showcasing the various office, co-working, training and events spaces we have available. Do come to one of our events over the next few months and see what a fantastic place it is.
